John C. McGinley & Family: Beach Strollers

John C. McGinley was seen spending the day at the beach with his wife, Nichole Kessler, and their 1-year-old daughter, Billie Grace. The trio walked along the beach together and at one point John dug a hole for the playful tot to explore.

John also has an 11-year-old son, Max, from his previous marriage to Lauren Lambert. Max has Down syndrome. In 2006, John served as the national spokesperson for the National Down Syndrome Society's annual Buddy Walk.

The 49-year-old actor, producer and screenwriter, is best known for his roles as Perry Cox in NBC's comedy Scrubs and Sergeant Red O'Neill in Oliver Stone's Platoon.
