Update: Kimora Lee Simmons & Djimon Hounson Welcome Son - Kenzo Lee Hounsou

Update: Kimora gave her fans the big news via Twitter - her baby's name is Kenzo Lee Hounsou! At birth he weighed 8 lbs. and was 20 inches long.

The name which may be inspired by Japanese fashion icon Kenzo Takada - means "wise and three."

Reality televison star/Phat Fashions CEO Kimora Lee Simmons, and boyfriend, actor Djimon Hounsou have welcomed a son, E! Online has confirmed. Simmons kept fans up to date via Twitter, saying at one point, "It's time!! No turning back! At hospital in labor right now!!," and soon after that, "Having contractions now! Ooo- wee! It's like WHOA! Love & Light, KLS." No other details of the birth have been revealed.

The announcement was initially made by Simmons, 34, saying, "It's a boy! Thanks to everyone out there for all your well wishes! More to come. Thank God. And God Bless! Kimora + Djimon Love & Light, KLS."

The new baby boy will join Simmons two daughters from her first marriage to hip hop mogul Russell Simmons, Ming Lee, 9, and Aoki Lee, 6.
