Look at that baby bump! An expectant Ellen Pompeo was spotted in Los Angeles on Thursday (June 25) sporting a cute blue maternity top.

Ellen's Grey's Anatomy co-star, Jessica Capshaw, recently gave an update on the mom-to-be: "She is so on top of it, and she is so excited and she is very sweet about it."

Ellen, 39, and her husband Chris Ivery are expecting their first child this fall.
