Debbie Rowe's Lawyer To Attend Custody Hearing
E! News reports that Debbie Rowe will be entering negotiations concerning the custody of Prince Michael, 12, and Paris, 11 – the two children she had with Michael Jackson.
Debbie’s lawyer, Marta Almli, will attend a custody hearing next Monday to make sure her voice is heard. Though recent tabloid speculations say Prince and Paris were conceived by a donor egg and sperm, Almli insists that Debbie is the biological mother of both children.
Katherine Jackson, Michael’s mother, currently has custody of Prince, Paris and Blanket, as per Michael’s wishes - Debbie is not mentioned in his last will.
It has not been revealed whether Michael’s ex wife will seek full custody or whether she is looking for visitation rights, as she once sought in 2003. There is a also chance that the three children may be split up, as the identity of Blanket’s mother is not known.
Scott Altman, associate dean at the University of Southern California's law school, tells E! News: “Courts do split kids up – not infrequently – in blended families when one parent dies. [Although] it wouldn’t be shocking if the court wanted to keep these kids together.”

Different colouring, different shaped faces. Paris has bigger, lighter eyes, Debbie's mouth is more turned down. I see Paris as having soft, delicate facial features, whereas Debbie has stronger features and harder lines.
I'm not questioning her claim that she is their biological parent though. I look absolutely nothing like my mother, doesn't mean she didn't give birth to me.
Thank you Amanda, interesting to compare the two. I do see a resemblance. I certainly hope Debbie gets custody. She has tried to see the children many times but MJ did not return her phone calls. She also will take the third child to keep them together.

Anonymous...she compared her childbearing experiences to the breeding of her horses. They've aired interviews of her saying that she explained to the kids that some people have a mother and father and that they just have a father. She's made it clear that she has no interest in those children...they were "a gift to Michael"...according to her, her "animals are her children." She accepted 4.2 million to go walk away from them. If she does pursue custody, it will let the world know what kind of person she truly is...splitting up the kids would be devastating for them. She will be doing it for the money, nothing else. On the other hand, the kids are old enough to speak to a judge and be heard...ultimately I believe that the things that matter the most will be taken into consideration...including Michael's wishes and what is in the best interest of the children...going to live with a complete stranger and being separated from the 3rd sibling definitely is NOT.

Debbie SHOULD NOT get these children. They mean jack squat to her and she means jack squat to them. She wants money! Duh!
Michael's lawyers will never let it happen anyways, there's too much money in the Jackson family, they'll have the best lawyers in the world. Thankfully.
ok, first of all, she never even had any contact with the children when MJ was alive, was paid to be JUST a surrogate and admits that she is not cut to be a mother but now she wants custody of the children? if money doesnt talk I dont know what is. Pretty sure she just doesnt have a sudden change of heart out of goodwill.
Sam, Debbie had plastic surgery a few years ago. Look at some of the old pictures when she was with MJ and then look at her now. I think she used the money that MJ paid her to get plastic surgery.
If Debbie gets those children, it will be a SAD day for all concerned. No way would it be in the best interest of the children.
the little girl looks just like her, that may be one reason they were always covered, if you give up a child and never see it ,that makes it easier,but with pictures out ,that's another story ,MJ was on top when he ask her to do this for him,just about anyone would have said yes, bet she really didn't understand what she had gotten herself into, i think that's why she has been so private , i bet her heart has been breaking all these years but she couldn't do anything because of some contract but with MJ gone that thing is void, give the lady her babies, no body can screw up kids worse than the jackson clan!!!!
