Gwen Stefani Feels Rejected As Zuma Self-Weans
| Sep 16, 2009 by DESIREE FAWN |

No Doubt front woman Gwen Stefani recently spoke with USA Today about her 1-year-old son Zuma choosing to self-wean this summer.
“I didn’t want him to (quit),” says Gwen. “It felt like a total rejection. It was really hormonal, and trying to stop in the middle of tour was insane.”
The 39-year-old singer/fashion designer, who is also mother to 3-year-old Kingston with hubby Gavin Rossdale, admits to struggling with her weight after her two pregnancies. She tells USA Today that her current figure is “no miracle” and that it took eight months to lose the baby weight after her pregnancy with Zuma.
Gwen, who is currently busy with her L.A.M.B. clothing line and writing for the upcoming No Doubt album, is also gearing up to celebrate her 40th birthday October 3: "I want a really big cake!"
