Less than two months after Jude Law announced he was expecting his fourth child, baby Sophia has arrived!

A friend of the family confirmed with PEOPLE that 24-year-old aspiring actress, Samantha Burke, gave birth to a daughter Tuesday (September 22).

"I doubt Jude was there," the source said. "Besides the financial support, he's not involved."

Law, 36, who has three other children with ex-wife Sadie Frost - Rafferty, 12, Iris, 8 ½, and Rudy, 6 ½, - is currently appearing in a Broadway production of Hamlet.

Burke is reportedly planning to speak out about her brief affair with the Cold Mountain actor and sell baby pictures of their tot.
