Katie was cuddling Suri in a blanket while the celeb tot sported those controversial high heels again.

Speaking of Suri's wardrobe, could it be worth $3 million? That’s the rumor! UK newspaper The Sun reports, “Suri is very vocal when it comes to outfits. She’s rarely seen in anything twice,” adding that her famous parents “really splurge” on their mini-fashionista, commissioning high end designers to create custom-made outfits.
