Nicole Richie Granted Restraining Order Against Paparazzi
According to the Associated Press, Nicole Richie, 28, was granted a restraining order against two photographers following a court appearance in Los Angeles yesterday (November 16).
The restraining order states that both Eduardo Arrivabene and Ivon Emilio Melo Miguel are to stay at least 50 yards from her and her two children – 21-month-old Harlow and 2-month-old baby Sparrow - at all times.
Nicole blames these two men for causing the minor car accident which she was involved in last month in Beverly Hills. Though neither of her children were in the vehicle at the time of the collision, she says she is frightened for her safety and the safety of her two kids.
The two photographers have agreed to abide by the terms of the restraining order which will expire after three years.

Good for you Nicole. Those axxhole would kill a person to get 6 or 10 of the same pictures all for what? Your family comes first you have to protect them as all cost.
I'm sure they meant 50 "yards", but for "50 years " wouldn't be a bad thing at all!
