Eric Dane Will Be In The Delivery Room

Grey's Anatomy's Dr. McSteamy will soon be headed to a hospital off-screen as well as Eric Dane reveals that he will definitely be joining his wife Rebecca Gayheart in the delivery room on the big day.

"I'll be in the room," Eric tells Ellen DeGeneres. "I'm going to stay close to my wife and make sure that she is all right."

The dad-to-be says that he can't wait to become a dad when his baby girl arrives next month: “I’m excited. I’m really excited. I’m also very interested.”
