Will she leave him? Will she adopt Sunny? These are the questions people have been asking since Sandra Bullock's husband, Monster Garage star Jesse James, threw the Hollywood couple into the glare of the media spotlight after his alleged extramarital affairs.
Reports today state that Sandy plans to file for divorce. RadarOnline reports that America's Sweetheart is moving on: “She’s had enough,” a source said. “She’s ending the marriage.”
And what about the adoption rumors? Sandra's rep tells People that Sandra has no plans to adopt 6-year-old Sunny, or Jesse's older children: Chandler, 15, and Jesse Jr., 12.
There are no plans, nor have there ever been any plans, for Sandra Bullock to adopt any of Jesse James's children."
To date, four women have claimed to have had affairs with James during his marriage to Bullock. The Hope Floats actress has been keeping a low profile ever since.

Why would she ..Sandi does not want to be a part of Jesse's life anymore
they are not her kids...!!! People have nerve to say that she should have
visitation rights to the kids... Does that seem right... when he has a mother
for the kids and getting the adjusted to being with their REAL MOM!

Why would she? Because she's raised them for years and is actually attached to them probably! I'm not saying she will have (or try to have) visitation rights but it wouldn't seem far off. She loves these kids no matter what their dad did to her. So sad for her and those children. I hope she can adopt on her own if she wants to be a mother.
