Charlie Sheen recently entered a Malibu rehab center to prove to wife Brooke Mueller that he is a changed man. “He is seeing Brooke and the kids a lot and is good about continuing treatment,” a friend of Brooke’s tells In Touch. “He has been sweet to Brooke, and promises her that he’s changed.”

But according to In Touch, Charlie is back to his old habits. Reportedly, he has been slipping out of rehab and cheating on his wife with lingerie model, Angelina Tracy, who is also a paid escort and charges $3,000 an hour under the professional name of Nina. Charlie has even brought her back to his mansion, a source reveals.

Charlie has been spotted wearing a hooded sweatshirt, dark sunglasses and a fake Magnum P.I.-style mustache sneaking in and out of Angelina’s Studio City home. On April 7, Charlie was seen entering Angelina’s apartment, staying for an hour and wearing his disguise. “He ran down to his car,” a source says. “It seemed like he wanted to leave as quickly as possible.”

During another trip, Angelina was seen running down her stairs and hopping into the backseat of Charlie’s chauffeur driven Mercedes-Benz. “Charlie had a bouquet of flowers waiting for her, and her face lit up when he handed them to her,” a source says. “You could see them kissing on the lips.” According to the eyewitness, Charlie was giving Angelina more gifts in the car — “maybe clothes or lingerie.” Charlie - who was a main client of “Hollywood Madam” Heidi Fleiss - was known to shower his dates with expensive presents.

Charlie and Brooke are parents to 1-year-old twin boys Max and Bob.
