Do High Heels And Mommy Duty Mix?

Shauna Sand is the WORST role model, out with her girls wearing stripper shoes. I’m sure she is a good mom but what it that telling her daughters? With all of the plastic surgery and cheap hooker-wear, how will they learn that they are beautiful by just being themselves?

Because wearing high heels somehow makes you a bad mom? I’m not understanding?

I’m tall enough as it is. I see those heels and my knees and ankles start screaming like scared babies. I don’t know how those women do it, especially the heavily pregnant ones.

To each their own, but I would just find it totally uncomfortable and impractical, and unnecessary. To be having to chase kids around whilst dealing with heels the height of the Chrysler Building is way too much avoidable discomfort. I only wear heels when I have to.

PS Under Brooke Burke, it should be daughter Heaven Rain and SON Shaya Braven, not daughters.

I wear heels every day for work. Nothing crazy, but I do work in an office, and the business casual dress code calls for it. However, until the moment I hit the parking lot and as soon as I leave at night, I have flats or sandals on! I have 3 kids to take to and from daycare before work, and there’s no way I can run around after them if I’m still in my heels! Props to these celebs who are able to do it. I know I have nearly fallen a couple times, on the rare occasion that I don’t have time to change. Not worth it, in my opinion. These ladies would look just as lovely in something a little more practical!

I wear heals almost every day. I love them and for me they are practical. I’m not running around after my eight year old daughter anymore. When she was younger I didn’t wear them as much but its not as hard as it sometimes looks to run after a kid in them. For some anyway.

some of these moms (if not all) actually have nannies who (not pictured most of the time) stay by their side to help with their children.

That was a fun post 🙂

I have 5 children and wear high heels everyday. I am very comfortable in heels and love the way I feel and look in them. It never really crossed my mind that I should take them off just because I was taking care of my kids.
