Actress Angel Reed has decided to put family first! Popeater reported that the actress, who was appearing in Broadway musical Rock of Ages, has announced she is leaving the show to have singer Constantine Maroulis's baby.
The couple's relationship was reportedly an "open secret" amongst their inner circle, but did show up together to the Tony Awards a few weeks ago. The couple's been on and off since they started dating in 2009. Angel is said to be three months into her pregnancy, and gave notice to the show's producers last week.
Constantine, who made waves when he appeared on the sixth season of American Idol, has transitioned into a flourishing career on Broadway; he also stars in Rock of Ages. The role earned him a Tony nomination last year.
