Heidi Klum Spends The Fourth With Her Family

Sporting a little black dress and shades, model mom Heidi Klum looked picture perfect today as she spent Independence Day at a Manhattan park with her kids Leni, 6, Henry, 4, Johan, 3, and Lou, 7 months. The Project Runway host took time out to chat and pose for pics with a few of New York's finest.

Variety is reporting that the very busy mom has partnered with LMNO Prods, the company behind Bill Cosby's Kids Say the Darndest Things, to produce a new family-themed reality show called Seriously Funny Kids.

I've got to smile at the photo of the three cops talking to Heidi. My guess is she wasn't in trouble with the law, but those guys wouldn't hesitate to give her a hand!
