TMZ is reporting that a settlement has been reached between golf pro Tiger Woods and estranged wife Elin Nordegren.
Though rumors have been circulating the web for some time giving a high figure of $750 million, a source told TMZ that Woods' net worth is somewhere around $500-$600 million. Nordegren is to be given $100 million plus monthly child support for the former couples two children, 3-year-old Sam, and 1-year-old Charlie.
A major stipulation of the agreement is that Nordegren is not allowed to speak out about the events that have occurred, nor is she allowed to write a "tell-all" book about her experiences with Woods.
The two split late last year after 5-years of marriage, when reports surfaced of Woods having multiple affairs.

I don't think he should have to pay spousal or child support after giving her the settlement she got. If anything, she should have gotten around or a little less than what Heather Mills received from Paul McCartney plus the child support.

She got what she wanted...The $$$ She had those kids so she could be secure..She was just a nannny anyway...and no stunner..or even that beautiful..all she has is Blonde hair. and an overbite!! ..Her family will be set. Now Tiger can live the life his father arranged for him (RIP Earl)..What is their to write she was boring as hell!! Elin Nordegren deserves a substantial divorce settlement amount since Tiger Woods is demanding from Elin a lifetime of silence. Tiger is the one who caused irreparable damage to the marriage and the dissolution of the family unit with his adulterous, reckless and irresponsible behavior. Tiger Woods betrayed and humiliated Elin and it may be possible that he could have subjected her to emotional, verbal and probably sexual and physical abuse during their marriage for something so worthless! Tiger, reportedly, had unprotected sex with multiple promiscuous partners, potentially exposing Elin to life threatening conditions such as STD, HIV, hepatitis, herpes, uterine cancer, etc. Some of these conditions could take years to show up. It is very wise of Elin to demand that Tiger never expose their children to any future female companions ''unless he is married to said person.'' I commend Elin for being a caring and loving mother and for her great courage, dignity and class during this horrid time in her life. I wish Elin and her precious children all the best for the future!!!
I hope that Tiger sets a new standard for lying and cheating on your wife and family. Do it and YOU WILL PAY DEARLY! Women deserve the respect of their husband, and if you can't give that, then get out of the relationship! He is a poor example of love and commitment. As regards the prior comment that his wife was "boring", you should be ashamed of your shallow comments.
