Katy Perry: Russell Brand Will Be A "Perfect" Dad

Now that Katy Perry and Russell Brand are planning a walk down the aisle, could a baby announcement be far behind?

The "California Girls" singer shares that children are definitely in their plans.

"I think in marriage, when you're picking a partner, one of the things to keep in mind is, 'Would they be a good baby daddy?'" Kate says. "And [Russell will] be perfect."

For now the couple, who began dating last year, are practicising their parenting skills on their beloved cats Kitty Purry, Morrissey and Krusty.

Earlier this year Katy took to Twitter to tell fans, "I would like to announce the birth of our 3rd child, KRUSTY! Not the chachka, the kitten :) PROUD MOTHER OF 3!!!"
