Julia Roberts’ Twins Brought Her Family Back Together

The arrival of Julia Roberts’ twins, Hazel and Phinnaeus, in 2004 ended up being the catalyst which halted the long running feud between the star’s family and her actor brother Eric Roberts, 54.

The Ocean’s Eleven star and her brother had a falling out in the 90s which resulted in the siblings not speaking for several years.

However, Eric says that the distance between he and the rest of his family disappeared after Julia and husband Danny Moder welcomed their now 5-year-old twins.

“We’re brother and sister and we both have really strong opinions about things,” he explains. “So it’s a lot of ‘f--k you,’ ‘no, f--k you’ and hanging up the phone”

But it got so blown out of proportion. We stopped talking and then with the birth of the twins we started talking again. Now we talk almost every day. I like her.

In addition to the twins, Julia, 42, and Daniel are also parents to 3-year-old Henry. Eric has one daughter, 19-year-old Emma, as well as two step-children, Keaton and Morgan.

I still don't get how Eric is the least popular/successful of the Roberts siblings. Seriously, Julia SUCKS. Eric, though, is great fun...especially when he's the smarmy villain. Great voice, great face...he clearly won the genetic lottery in that family. The horse genes must only show up when both chromosomes are X's.
