Céline Dion Is Feeling "Fantastic"

A rep for Céline Dion says the singer, who is expecting twin boys in November, is doing just fine.

Dismissing recent rumors that the 42-year-old expectant mom was rushed to hospital due to complications, the rep says, "She's never been in the hospital – her pregnancy continues to be healthy and she feels fantastic," adding, "As with most women expecting multiples, her doctor wants her to stay off her feet as much as possible as she finishes her pregnancy."

Rumors of complications in the pregnancy first appeared in a French tabloid and quickly spread.

"They've gotten calls from friends worried that something is wrong. To be so happy and then to get these calls, it's been upsetting for them when they are in such a good place," says her rep.

He reassures fans and friends that Celine, her husband René Angélil and their son René-Charles are all doing well and are eager to meet the new additions.

"Their son Rene-Charles started the new school year last week, Celine's feeling great, and she and Rene are excited to meet the twins – they just can't wait."
