America's sweetheart, Sandra Bullock, was spotted out with her son Louis Bardo in Beverly Hills on Friday (September 17). The 46-year-old Academy Award-winning actress carried her 7-month-old "little Cajun cookie" after the two visited a medical center.

"Louis's got the stage," Sandra recently gushed. "No one understands the shift in priorities about having a child in your life that you are responsible for, until you have a child in your life," she said. "It naturally shifts. It just shifted the first day I met him. It was like he'd been there the whole time, yet everything was different."

Sounds like the adorable tot is keeping mom busy - and super happy: "Oh, he likes to celebrate. He likes to dance and celebrate," she said. "You know what, I got blessed. I got lucky. He's extraordinary."
