Pregnant Mariah Carey performed at Rockefeller Center in New York City on Sunday (November 21). The singer was taping a performance for the upcoming NBC holiday special Christmas In Rockefeller Center which will air on November 30.
Looking stylish in high-heeled boots, the expectant mom did a good job of hiding her bump beneath a beautiful, roomy red coat.
Mariah, who is expecting her first child with Nick Cannon, said in an interview this week that she was singing tunes from her new "Merry Christmas II You" album to her unborn baby.

Mariah sounded wonderful at the tree lighting taping though she has a bit of a cold. pregnancy agrees with her that coat keeps her warm but still tastefully shows-off her blossoming belly as her & Nick's little darling grows within her. she hasn't been this happy in a long time and I know her and Nick will be great parents when the baby arrives in the spring
I think she just gets carried away with the pregnancy and "blames" the size of her belly on the pregnancy, when in fact we all see that she just gained way too much weight for a begginging of a pregancy. She could not be more than 3 months pregnant and she "pretends"she is already 6-7 months, the way she carries herself. I know she wanted a baby a long time, but seriously. She just finished her Christmas CD in this summer and unless retouched, she looked pretty downsized to me.

I always had a suspicion about her way of getting pregant. Its nothing wrong about getting IVF, what is sheddy is that she (like J.lo as well) hides it. As well as her marriage to that kid, its just a show. At least the baby has a father.
Wow they've been married going on three years in 2011, how in the hell is that a show??? Really people think before you speak and think twice before you type. Out of all of the things that a celebrity could do to put on a show, I don't think they'd get married, have engagement parties with their moms and grandparents, and then have a baby. Second celebrities that do have IVF, don't have to shout to the world that they went through IVF to have a baby. Third she was on projesterone which is a fertility drug, but she was using to kick start her cycles which stopped because of her miscarriage and two surgies.
Using a drug isn't "getting pregnant naturally"...it's getting pregnant with the help of medical intervention. We all know Celine counseled her and, like JLO, they somehow like to pretend they didn't get any medical intervention. Yeah right.
Victoria honey! Thats Hollywood and whats behind its doors (the pacts/agreements/contracts/prenupts etc) you wont ever know, because as you say, its not like she will tell all of us that the marriage is a show. Right?
We are in 2010 so they've been married for 2 years now (lets dont get ahead of us) where more than 70% of the time they spent it apart. Justifying a "solid" marriage by number of years (in their case) doesnt work for me. After all she is Mariah and who is he again?
I've watched few of those cheasy acts the kid "happend" to put together in various shows Mariah was invited. It was so fake from his side. He is acting like a puppy, ready to bark at thevery first sign from Mariah; he couldnt even aknowledge his role as a father in this process, when he was confronted with the pregnancy news. "when or if Mariah is ready to tell the news bla bla bla" Good instructed!

The photos not retouched. I 've seen a tons of pics of her on different websites and she looks the same. The press are not going to take time to retouch a million pics especially because they upload them to the internet the same night that they take them, and I've seen pics of her and Annie Lennox that were taken by people that attended the concert and she looks the same.
They're talking about the pictures in her CD cover! Those are retouched, she hasn't looked like that for more than a decade. Stop being a delusional stan.
I don't know how pregnant she is, but she did say she was taking hormones, so that certainly could account for the "bloated" look she's got. And she definitely looks more bloated than pregnant to me. Almost like Jerry Lewis looked when he had to take steroids for a lung condition.
Who cares? She's got the rest of her life to worry about what the scale says when she steps on it. And let's face it, would anyone really care of Mariah Carey weighed 300 pounds? No way!! She's got one of the most amazing voices in the world, her weight is irrelevant.
Oh please she conceived in June which makes her 5 months and she gained weight before the pregnancy because of porgesterone shots she had to take after the miscarriage and surgeries she even said so herself. she also said she conceived naturally progesterone isn't a fertility drug it's a hormone and having kids around of after 40 is nothing new in hollywood or real life anyway. Uh she even admitted to the progesterone shots in the Access hollywood interview and some magazine interviews she's done since but no drugs like Clomid like other stars have had to take. she has a right to privacy leave her alone she and the baby are happy and healthy that's all that matters. you can't help the weight you gain while your pregnant every womans body is different of course tv performances are going to be retouched they always have been

Courtney honey! What do you think they mean in their article from Oct. 28th 2010, when they confirm the pregnancy that ITS TOO EARLY to announce the due date? Thats right. Because IT IS too early.
Meaning that she is in her first semester. Older women, high at risk pregant women are advised by their doctors to wait the first 10-12 weeks before they (Mariah in this case) annonce it to the public. So yes, she IS still early, and there is no way she is 5 months pregnant. How on earth do you know she got pregnant in June. Its not like she shouted to the world. Or maybe only to you? *smuch*
People just be happy for her. There are so many women out there that can not get pregnant without the help of hormones.
Life, is too short to set hear ad judge other people lives. Some are happy for others some are not. Find out what makes you happy by living life one day at a time and count your blessings, after all Mariah and Nick don't loose any sleep over what you think. Am very happy for them.
You mean that by us telling our opinions (I started my post saying that "I think she acts more pregnant than she is") you are not judging us? Thats MY opinion, based on the facts that are put out there by the media, and I am entitled to have it and express it, based on my logic sense.
Now, have I had offended her, called names, whishing her bad things upon, that would have been a different story. But please, dont come here with moral stories about life and happiness. We ARE happy for her and her baby!
