Congratulations are in order for Gretchen Mol and husband Tod 'Kip' Williams!
The Boardwalk Empire star, 38, delivered her second child, daughter Winter Morgan Williams, on February 17 in New York, PEOPLE reports.
"Everyone is happy and healthy and resting at home," her rep states. "The whole family is overjoyed."
The couple are already parents to son Ptolemy John, 3½.
