Heidi Klum's Brentwood Babe

Model mom Heidi Klum was photographed with her four children - Leni, 6 1/2, Henry, 5, Johan, 4, and Lou, 1 - out shopping in Brentwood, Calif. on Saturday (March 26).

The 37-year-old supermodel and the kids were joined by some family members. Last weekend, we saw the Samuels after karate class.

The kids' father is Heidi's hubby, Seal.
