Jennifer Lopez: "I Hit My Stride" After Giving Birth To Twins

Who says it's a drag getting old? Jennifer Lopez says her body is only getting better, especially after giving birth to twins Max and Emme, 3. "Having the twins changed my body. It feels different on the inside as well as the outside," she said. "The texture of my muscles has even changed.

"I feel like I've hit my stride in my 40s. In my 20s I knew nothing about taking care of my body but now I'm 41, I feel like this is the age," the American Idol judge enthused.

"I think women are looking after themselves more than ever. And we're also not allowing people to write us off either."

And although Jennifer has been exercising five times a week to get in shape for a music video, she says it's not her intention to stick with this regimen. "It's not always like this though. The thought of working out every day for the rest of my life terrifies me."

While I agree with you that her "my family is number one to me" gets really old after a while, did you read the article? She's not talking about her twins, she's talking about her BODY after giving birth to twins.

She looks like she works damn hard for that body and you MUST admit that she looks amazing.

All that I adore watching her in all she does, especially her sense of fashion. It does take a lot of work and dedication to stay healthy and fit. I watch her quite a bit on American Idol on FOX HD. I get the best of HD programming with my DISH Network employee subscription and add-on package of HD Platinum. It's simply the best, and with concepts like TV EVERYWHERE, I get the most from my subscription with DISH.
