Viola Davis: We're Adopting!

Actress Viola Davis shared some very big news at last night's Beverly Hills premiere of her new film The Help: She's adopting!

The 45-year-old Tony-winner and her husband Julius Tennon revealed to E! that they'll soon be adding to their family.

"We don't have any children [together], but we're about to adopt a baby," said Julius, who has two kids from previous relationships.

Viola confirmed the announcement, saying, "Yes, we're about to adopt a baby," and adding that it will be a domestic adoption.

In past interviews the actress has spoken glowingly of her husband, who she wed in 2003.

"He was a single father for 16, 17 years; he raised his children by himself, as well as pursuing a career in acting," Viola once revealed. "So he has character. He's a good man."
