Days after her pregnancy announcement, Jennifer Garner was spotted picking up her 5-year-old daughter Violet from karate class in Brentwood, Calif. on Thursday (August 25).
Jen and her hunky hubby Ben Affleck - who are also parents to 2-year-old daughter Seraphina - confirmed on Tuesday that they are "thrilled" to be adding another baby to their family.
The big announcement came just days after we posted these pics of the normally very slim Valentine's Day star sporting a mini baby bump. Our readers were right!

I'm excited for the Garner-Afflecks. But I'm devastated that the neighbor of the kid I work with just lost her babies that she has been trying years to conceive. (I found out about Jen and the neighbor on the same day, so it is related in my mind. Sorry 'bout the Debbie Downer-ing.) It is hard to see people churning out babies when others spend so much time, money, and emotions in an effort to become parents.
I'm not even going to get INTO how it makes me feel that people abuse and murder their own kids. This isn't the place. I'm just... so... confused and sad and stuff right now. Can't simply congratulate anybody at this point.
Um, sorry for all the bad stuff you're going through, but this is kind of an inappropriate place to hash that all out. If reading about other people having babies is difficult for you, maybe...don't read a website whose purpose is to write about people having babies?
Jennifer looks radiant, and I find Violet super cute. I also love that she practices Karate (just like I do -still at my 22-).
