Gwen Stefani's Primrose Picnic
| Oct 2, 2011 by CAROLYN ROBERTSON |

Taking advantage of a gorgeous sunny day, rocker mama Gwen Stefani headed to a park in her Primrose Hill neighborhood with her 3-year-old son Zuma and his nanny (October 1).
The No Doubt singer popped a bottle of bubbly as the trio soaked up some sunshine - perhaps getting a head start on her birthday celebrations. Gwen turns 42 tomorrow!
Having spent the summer in Malibu, Gwen and family recently returned to the UK. We spotted the LAMB designer taking her boys Zuma and Kingston, 5, on a London playdate with Angelina Jolie and her kids just last week.

I wonder if nannying for Gwen is more or less challenging than working for regular folks...
zuma makes an adorable little girl
Cut that kids damn hair! Seriously, what is up with the ponytail on the boys? It looks terrible. Gwen is fug.
And you apparently are allowed wifi priviledges in detention. You sound all of 15. "Fug?!"
I'm sure now that they've seen your demand for them to cut their kid's hair, they'll take care of it right away. I'm sure they appreciate your time and advice on this very important subject.
What a darling little gir!
Zuma looks like a little girl ~so cute ~~
i am wondering if they have a little sister will be great
Please - cut this little Boy's hair!
BTW: Mom AND a Nanny for one little child?
So cute! I just missed them by a day haha
(adorable little girl, Zuma looks like a little girl ~so cute ~~, What a darling little gir!)
What are you people 10 that’s what these comments sound like they came from he has long hair get over it males of all ages have long hair, if you don't like it fine but don’t expect Gwen to cut her kids hair because some people on a blog don’t like long hair on boys. Zuma having long hair is not bothering or damaging him or his hair in anyway unlike Kingston bleach hair.
I too wonder why people are so bothered by this, especially considering that his father puts his hair in a ponytail all the time.
Luckily, most people don't live their lives worrying about what some anonymous person on the internet thinks of their kids' hair.
Her daughter is so cute!
I think we do know what Gwen and Gavin's daughter may look like. Go get a girl you guys you don't have to conceive one just go adopt one and have pedi's, manis, and ponytails galore and let Zuma and Kingston be boys :)
The other side of that is that they're raising boys who get to see how fun it is to have mani-pedis and get their nails painted with color. Why oh why is that so wrong to some people? Why can't boys enjoy it too?!?!?!
oh and as far as the nanny it is rare to ever see either Gwen or Gavin out without one but maybe she and the nanny are really close and friendly and Gwen enjoys the company. It's never a bad thing if you can afford it to surround your child with so much love even from others. Atleast she doesn't seem to abandon them and leave them all the time with the nanny (well of course we have no idea what goes on on a daily basis). But I babysat for 5 years for a family M-F and we became close that I would go with them to places with their kids and it wasn't to be an extra help it was bc they knew how much the kids like my company and how much I liked doing things with the kids! In fact even though I don't care for the kids anymore I still get phone calls from the kids and they always ask to come see me. Nanny's can be very important in childrens lives so I can't judge the situation.
