Madonna & Lola: Searching For Lucky Stars And Material Girls

Feeling lucky? If so, Madonna and her daughter Lola might be looking for you. The mother-daughter designing team, who launched their Material Girl clothing line last year, just announced their “Lucky Stars” Model Search.

Led by Kelly Osbourne, a celebrity-driven panel of judges will search the country for the next Material Girls to appear in the spring 2012 marketing campaign.

But better get your look and your catwalk down soon. Casting calls – which will be held at five of Macy’s flagship locations in the United States – are starting next week on Wednesday, November 2nd at Macy’s Herald Square in New York. From their the search will continue in Miami, Chicago, San Francisco and Los Angeles and will culminate on November 21st online at www.materialgirlcollection.com

The 10 finalists with the highest votes will be flown to New York City, where Madonna and Lola themselves will choose who will become the new faces of Material Girl’s spring 2012 campaign. And mega-exposure will follow – the “Lucky Stars” winners’ ads will appear in fashion and lifestyle magazines and be part of a digital and outdoor campaign and in-store Macy’s marketing collateral.

The Material Girls will also receive a $5,000 cash prize – now that's a lot of luck.
