Amanda Holden Will Let Daughter Lexi Name The New Baby

Amanda Holden and husband Chris Hughes are expecting a baby girl in February, and it looks like their five-year-old daughter Lexi has gotten the honor of picking a middle name for her soon-to-arrive baby sister.

"Lexi hugs my bump every morning before she goes to school, which is very sweet. I've said she can choose the middle name so when you hear the middle name, you might think it's a bit bizarre," the Britain's Got Talent judge said.

And while she isn't announcing the name just yet, Amanda did reveal the meaning behind it. "I have no idea where she got it from but I've Googled it and it means 'something amazing.'" she said. "I wouldn't have chosen it myself but I want to let her have a part in it all."

The 40-year-old star lost her baby son last February when she was just two months away from reaching full-term, but said she is having a healthy pregnancy this time around despite being tired.

"It's all good - I'm healthy, I'm happy, I'm knackered. It took about 19 people to get me ready tonight," she joked.

Any strange pregnancy cravings? "I've been craving watermelon and iced water, but I made the mistake of saying I like Curly Wurlys so I now have about 200 in my cupboards and I have to eat them," she laughed. "I gave away lots at Halloween though, thankfully."
