Viola Davis: Genesis Is "Awesome"

The Help's Viola Davis and husband Julius Tennon couldn't be happier now that they've welcomed their newly adopted daughter, Genesis. And the proud parents just can't stop gushing about their baby girl, even on their night out!

"She's awesome," Davis told Access Hollywood at the 2011 Governor's Awards in Los Angeles, with Julius chiming in, "Yeah, she's really fantastic."

The couple may have enjoyed their date night, but Viola says that Genesis definitely doesn't make it easy for them to leave her behind.

"She's so pretty and she [says], 'Mama, I'm your baby!' That's how she says it," the actress explained.

Luckily, Viola and Julius still manage to carve out some alone time; even on nights in with their tot.

"That's right," said Julius. "Baby goes to sleep at eight o'clock -- it's date night at home."
