Cruel Intentions actor Ryan Phillippe was spotted leaving a medical building with his two children Ava, 11, and Deacon, 7, in Beverly Hills, Calif. on Tuesday (December 6).

Miss Ava looked great in her sassy purple frames and red knee socks while little brother Deacon seems to be growing more and more handsome by the day.
