Ashlee Simpson & Pete Wentz Divorce Finalized; Custody Of Bronx Unclear

After three and a half years of marriage Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz are officially divorced. According to legal documents filed in Los Angeles, the couple formally ended their union on November 22. Details of the settlement are being kept under wraps, and it is unclear who will be given primary physical custody of the couple's son Bronx, 3.

However, Pete had previously said that he and his estranged wife were on good terms and working together to make sure they make home life as "easy as possible" for their son.

"Everything at home is good," the former Fall Out Boy bassist said. "We try to make his life as easy to navigate as possible and he's growing up so it's important for everyone who loves him to be involved with his life."
