All hail Demi Moore who was the first to bare her beautiful baby bump on the cover of a magazine! While pregnant with her second daughter with Bruce Willis, Demi posed for the August 1991 edition of Vanity Fair displaying her pregnant belly. This groundbreaking picture - dubbed "More Demi Moore" - had a lasting impact on society.

Most of these images are beautiful. Claudia Schiffer and Roselyn Sanchez being my favorites.
The only one I really don't care for is the one of Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey. Being a professional photographer I do like the way he is kissing her neck, however the way his hands are positioned doesn't look very good. It looks just like he is grabbing her boobs. If he were to just have his arm around her so it was covering her chest I think it would've looked much more sensual.

The best is the one with Britney. It's classy and she is so beautiful pregnant!
Most of these pregnant Hollywood airheads are not even married. These preggo shots make a porno magazine look tame.
I prefer the more fashion oriented ones such as Vogue or Bazaar, W. but the tabloid shots are scuzzy! I do love that Gisele Bundchen turned down all offers to pose pregnant on a cover.
Beautiful pictures, but did anyone else notice the lack of stretch marks on any of these ladies? I find it hard to believe that every single one of them was lucky enough to escape pregnancy sans stretch marks. That's airbrushing at its finest right there.
