Cate Blanchett Has A G'Day With Her Family

Actress Cate Blanchett and her husband Andrew Upton took their three children: Dashiell John, 10, Roman Robert, 7, and Ignatius Martin, 3, to a preview screening of The Adventures of Tintin at Paramount Pictures in Sydney, Australia this past holiday weekend (December 23).

The boys looked casual in shorts and polo shirts, while stylish Cate looked her funky casual self in black dress pant floods, a white button down shirt, black cropped blazer and white flats.

Cate, who was famously quoted a few years back for saying "Getting married is insanity; I mean, it's a risk – who knows if you're going to be together forever?" seemed quite happy (and sane!) with her husband of 14 years - as of this December 29 - and their kids, as they walked out of the theater from the screening.

Cate and her husband Andrew are both native Australians and currently artistic directors at the Sydney Theatre Company.
