Angelina Jolie: I'll Never Stop Missing My Mom
| Jan 3, 2012 by CAROLYN ROBERTSON |

Five years after losing her mom Marcheline Bertrand to cancer, actress Angelina Jolie says that she still misses her greatly. She's grateful, though, that her mother got to meet at least some of her grandchildren before she passed away.
"I don’t want to get emotional. I wish she were here. I am never going to stop missing her. My mom was born to be a grandmother; she would have just loved it," Angelina says in a new excerpt from her recent interview with Marie Claire magazine. "She did meet some of my children, and she was fantastic. Maddox still remembers everything about her... As soon as Mad came home, I think she knew that everything was going to be all right."
The mom-of-six - she and her partner Brad Pitt are parents to kids Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, Knox and Vivienne - recently revealed that she feels she'll never be able to live up to the example set by her own mom.
I will never be as good a mother as she was. I will try my best, but I don't think I ever will be. She was the most generous, loving woman. She's better than me."
