Courteney Cox & Coco: Dinner With David Arquette

Cougar Town star Courteney Cox was photographed with 7-year-old daughter Coco at Mr Chow in Beverly Hills, Calif. on Thursday (January 5). The mother-daughter duo stepped out to celebrate David Arquette's one year of sobriety. Famous siblings Patricia, Alexis, Rosanna and her daughter Zoe Sidel were also in attendance.

David took to Twitter in late December to share his news. "Today marks 1 year of sobriety for me," he wrote. "I thank God for the strength and guidance and my family and friends for their love and support & I [thank you]."

The troubled actor checked into rehab on January 2, 2011. This followed his break up in October 2010 from Courteney after 11 years of marriage.

Courteney recently talked about David's sobriety: "Oh my God, I'm so proud of him! (And he's the) best he's ever looked! He's so cute that I'm like, dude, I don't understand. Really?! Why are you that cute right now?"
