Beyoncé & Jay-Z: "We Are In Heaven"
| Jan 10, 2012 by JENNY SCHAFER |

New parents Beyoncé, 30, and Jay-Z, 42, are "in heaven" with baby Blue! The superstar couple released a statement to Us Weekly about welcoming daughter Blue Ivy Carter over the weekend, shattering rumors that the little girl was delivered via C-section.
Hello Hello Baby Blue!" they stated. "We are happy to announce the arrival of our beautiful daughter, Blue Ivy Carter, born on Saturday, January 7, 2012. Her birth was emotional and extremely peaceful, we are in heaven."
The R&B royal couple said the birth of their first child occurred at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City: "She was delivered naturally at a healthy 7 lbs and it was the best experience of both of our lives. We are thankful to everyone for all your prayers, well wishes, love and support."
The proud papa was so overwhelmed by the arrival of his daughter, he immediately hit the recording studio to record Glory, a touching song about the joys of parenthood and the pain of a past miscarriage.
Congrats again to the happy couple!

Sorry, but these past few months have totally tainted my opinions of this couple. I didn't have a single problem with either of them before, but their recent behaviors have cost them at least one fan.
You can't name ONE thing this couple has done...luckily they have millions of fans left.
They act like they are the only people to even have a child, it's a weird and kind of troublesome.
im sure it was peaceful and emotional watching from the sidelines. after the collapsable bump incident , My doubts are she even had it her self. and watch she will be back totop form within a few weeks, with no postpartum weight.
Love ya Jay and B Congrats on having a healthy baby. The baby went home today according to Lenox hospital.
AND the surrogate went home to her flat to cry alone...Blue Ivy is THE worst name!...Worse than Bronx Mogli...worse than Bear BLU, worse than Jagger BLUE..worse than APPLE! WTF is Wrong with these people?? I guess when your name is BEYONCE you have to find SOMETHING WORSE than that to name the kid!
I am so happy for this couple and best wishes and blessings to them on their happiness and trust that all the negative comments and thoughts from heartless people will not have any bearing on their joy. God speed!
you ignorant mofos need to shut the fuck up, log off and take a nap. The couple has not acted like their the first to have a child - media sensation has done that. Interviews ask about the pregnancy over their careers. Feeding into fake pregnancy rumours shows your complete lack of humanity and willingness to contribute to the media sensations that you claim to despise. You don't know there people so go outside and fly a kite and try to live a life. Congrats Beyoncé and Jay-Z on welcoming your first child into your world.
i AGREE.. BLAME IT ON THE MEDIA!!
