Actress Halle Berry was spotted picking up her daughter Nahla from preschool in Hollywood, Calif. on Thursday (February 2). Still recovering from a foot injury that occurred last September, the Oscar-winner walked on crutches while a school employee toted the 3-year-old girl out to the car. It looks like Nahla decorated mama's cast with colorful markers. How sweet!
Halle is involved in an ongoing custody battle with Nahla's father Gabriel Aubry. Yesterday, social workers recommended that no changes be made in their current custody agreement, and the judge is likely to refuse granting Berry's request for a restraining order and/or monitored visitation.
The latest battle is over allegations that Aubry pushed the nanny while holding the toddler and while he has denied the allegations, the Canadian model is now under criminal investigation for battery and child endangerment.

I don't know why she annoys me, but she does. I can't put my finger on it.
I feel the same way. There's just something about her, in addition to the way she treats Gabriel, that makes me cringe every time I see her.
She would annoy anyone the way she treats the father of her child. I wonder if the problem with her foot has anything to do with her having diabetes although I thought I read she didn't have it anymore.

I'm surprised she didn't try to convince the authorities that her ex is responsible for the foot injury as well. She is a pathological liar. I can't stand her.

I agree with all of you. I used to like her, but, yeah, at the moment everything she does is just annoying and it does seem she's just trying to vilify Gabriel Aubry at every turn. And her playdates with Nahla and her new boyfriend in full view of the paparazzi almost seem like she's just trying to provoke Aubry.
I know her foot injury is probably real, but I am starting to doubt the severity of that too.
Sigh.... I wish someone would explain to me how she's trying to "vilify" Gabriel Aubry.
Here's what was reported: A nanny made an accusation that Gabriel got physical with her and was screaming and cursing at her, pushing her while she was holding the little girl. The nanny got scared and filed a police report. Child Services started an investigation, which is still ongoing. Halle Berry asked a court to order monitored visitation only with the child pending the outcome of the investigation. A judge (allegedly) denied that request and suggested that they both take parenting classes to learn to co-parent more effectively.
You're so blinded by (what? I don't know) that you're now doubting that her foot injury is as severe as you've assumed it to be, and you think she should play with her daughter behind locked doors and heavy gates because anything else is trying to provoke Aubry?

She's accused every man she's been with of abusing her. She's always the victim! I'm thinking she has a complex..

she should put noise cancelling headphones on their child when paps are present.. can you imagine what those idiots are yelling? Nahla is old enough to understand what they are saying.. and she doesn't need to hear it!!!
