Courteney Cox & Coco: Valentine's Day In New York City

Courteney Cox and her sweet daughter Coco, 7, spent the afternoon shopping in the Soho neighborhood of New York City on Tuesday (February 14) before returning to their hotel with a few shopping bags. Wonder if they picked up any Valentine's Day gifts?

Earlier in the day Coco accompanied her mom to a taping of Anderson Cooper's talk show, where Courteney appeared alongside her Cougar Town castmates.

It's been a busy trip for the mother-daughter duo – on Monday they attended a event for Fashion Week in New York City, where Coco stood out in a bright pink wig. Looks like she's really getting a taste of the glamorous life, although Courteney says she's not crazy about her only child following her parents (dad is David Arquette) into the spotlight.

"She does like to perform," the actress says. "For Halloween, she dressed up as a dark angel in an outfit with black wings. I'm not nuts about that, but you've got to let her do her thing, right?"
