Suri Cruise – the nearly 6-year-old daughter of A-list couple Tom Cruise, 49, and Katie Holmes, 33 – was spotted out and about with her bodyguard in New York City on Wednesday (March 21). The darling little girl – who will be celebrating her 6th birthday next month – held on tightly to her stuff (and finely dressed) giraffe as the pair made their way back home.
Suri and mama Katie were snapped later that evening stepping out for dinner at Joanne restaurant – owned by Lady Gaga‘s father – on the Upper West Side of New York City. Sweet Suri wore a blue layered dress, a pink polka dot cardigan with along with silver ballet pumps for her special dinner date with mama. She also toted along her precious stuffed animal and a Hello Kitty bag. Katie looked simple yet stylish donning a brown fedora, tasteful blouse and a pair of fitting dark wash denim.
Suri was spotted a day earlier (March 20) being treated to a day of fun with her mama and grandmother Kathleen in New York City. The famous tot picked out some toys at the Make Meaning store before the trio headed out to grab some dinner at the ABC Kitchen in New York City.
It seems Tom and Katie have been getting some heat for constantly carrying their nearly 6-year-old daughter everywhere rather than letting her walk. Whether it’s returning home from a Broadway show or browsing around inside stores, the power couple are always snapped toting Suri around, her designer shoes barely ever touching the ground.
What are your thoughts? Should Suri be carried by her parents or made to walk?
