T.J. Jackson, 32, Temporary Guardian Of Jackson Kids

The drama continues for the late Michael Jackson‘s three children! Prince, 15, Paris, 14, and Blanket, 10, have been appointed a new guardian, their cousin T.J., in place of their grandmother Katherine Jackson.

On Wednesday, Tito Jackson’s 32-year-old son, T.J. Jackson, was appointed temporary guardianship of the three children, TMZ reports. He is also expected to seek permanent guardianship.

On Monday, T.J. tweeted Paris, “I know it’s completely unfair for them to do this to you and your brothers. We will keep trying. I love you.”

Representing the Michael Jackson Estate in court Wednesday was Zia Maodabber, the same lawyer Michael once fired for “negligence,” Celebuzz reports.

As we reported on Monday, Paris has been very outspoken about her grandmother’s absence via Twitter.

The teen also tweeted, “The same doctor that testified on behalf of Dr. [Conrad] Murray saying my father was a drug addict (a lie) is caring for my grandmother . . . just saying.”

She also wrote Wednesday:  “Everyones taking control of me , it seems that the worlds got a role for me .. im so confused will u show to me you’ll be there for me.”

Sources tell Us Weekly that during the drama, the showbiz family has been divided — with things particularly tense between Paris and her famous Aunt Janet Jackson. “Paris and Janet do not get along now,” a source says. “It’s ugly.”

And TMZ reported Tuesday that Janet slapped her niece, calling her “a spoiled little bitch.” Reportedly, Paris fired back, “This is our house. Not the Jackson family house. Get the f— out!”

“The kids hate Janet,” a source says. “They think she does not have good intentions.”

Randy Jackson spoke out on Wednesday to explain his mother’s recent absence. “She’s been playing cards every day and she’s been having a good time,” he said of her visit with family members in Arizona. “Her health was ailing and it was doctor’s orders that she get immediate rest . . . She wasn’t doing too well so as her children that’s what we did.”

Randy, 50, also said: “They’re using the children to try and put pressure on my mom to try and come out and get her to say things in their favor to clean up their image. They know that they’ve been caught . . . and falsified a document and that there are questions we want answered,” he said, alleging they falsified Michael’s will. “This family is united to right a wrong.”

This seems like a great decision, kids love him, Michael Loved him, the estate is for it! Just hope the kids and katherine get some peace..

Who’s the “they” Randy refers to in the last quote? And why would Katherine just leave without telling the kids, she’s supposed to be their guardian. This family is so f-ed up, hopefully T.J. is different. It’ll be a miracle if these kids turn out normal. So far they seem to be overcoming everything that’s been thrown at them.
