Alec Baldwin and Hilaria went for a stroll in New York City’s West Village neighborhood with their daughter Carmen on Friday (September 13). The newborn was wrapped close to the new mom in a baby carrier.
On Thursday (September 12) the yoga instructor was spotted taking Carmen to pick up groceries. That evening Alec appeared on The Late Show With David Letterman to dish on fatherhood.
According to E! News During the interview he mentioned that his 17-year-old daughter Ireland still hasn’t met Gabriela.
“It’s weird, you know? We’re going to hand her this three-week-old baby and say, ‘This is your sister.'”
He added that since Carmen was born he feels invisible stating, “No one even sees that I’m there anymore. I thought about taking off all my clothes and sitting nude at the breakfast table. They definitely prefer their mother to you. It’s very lonely.”
The 30 Rock actor – who is gearing up for his new MSNBC hosting job for Up Late With Alec Baldwin – also talked about the recent incident in which he pinned a photographer against a hood of a car.
When the photo was displayed he joked – “This is not Brokeback Mountain 25 years later.”
“What can we learn from this, Alec?” wondered Letterman.
“That the stop and frisk policy is working in New York,” he replied.
He also said this wasn’t the first run-in they’ve had with the paparazzo in question.
Baldwin explained, “He backed up and tripped and fell on a baby in a stroller—and sat on a baby. We were like, we’d had it with this guy. So I stopped and I frisked him.”
