Mark McGrath and his son Lydon went shopping in Palm Desert, Calif. on Saturday (November 30) with family members. His other 3-year-old daughter Hartley wasn’t seen with them.
The next day the Sugar Ray singer flew to New York City to prepare for his gig for Wall Street Rocks.
The show is set to take place on December 2 – and is hosted by the organization which helps troops and veteran charities. Two members of the band that won’t be performing are his former band mates Murphy Karges and Stan Frazier.
According to The Hollywood Reporter they filed a lawsuit against him and Sugar Ray guitarist Rodney Sheppard in October.
The pair claim McGrath bashed them on Twitter and cheated them out of money, as well as prevented them from rejoining the band.
They also say he flew to gigs in first-class while regulating the rest of the band to coach, and eventually demanded at least $10,000 per show.
