Happy birthday, “Gan Gan.”
In celebration of her 90th birthday, Queen Elizabeth II posed with Prince George, nearly 3, and Princess Charlotte, 11 months, along with all of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In a previous interview, it was revealed that Prince George refers to his royal grandmother as “Gan Gan.”
The photo was taken March 28 by Annie Leibovitz in the Green Drawing Room of Windsor Castle.
The queen mum is also photographed with 2-year-old Mia Tindall (who’s holding the queen’s handbag), daughter of Zara and Mike Tindall; James, Viscount Severn, 8, and Lady Louise, 12, the children of the Earl and Countess of Wessex; Savannah, 5, and Isla Phillips, 4, daughters of the queen’s eldest grandson, Peter Phillips, and his wife, Autumn.
And of course, Prince George and Princess Charlotte are the son and daughter of Prince William and Kate Middleton.
Prince George is set to turn three on July 22, and Princess Charlotte will celebrate her first birthday on May 2.
