Sarah Wright Olsen: “Normalize Breastfeeding”

Marry me star Sarah Wright Olsen shared a breastfeeding selfie via Instagram Thursday.

“Multitasking this A.M. @teresapalmer and I did the #informedpregnancy podcast with @doctorberlin check out the link in my bio for part one of our podcast. We talk placenta smoothies, going into labor, life with work and our kids, and lots more. #yourzenmama #oneontheboob #oneinabook #lifewithtwo #normalizebreastfeeding,” the mom-of-two, 32, captioned the image nursing her newborn daughter Esmé and reading to her 3-year-old son Wyatt.

The American Made star and her husband, NCIS: Los Angeles actor Eric Christian Olsen, welcomed their second child on Aug. 9, she announced via social media.

“Love and joy don’t do justice to what I feel when I look at these three. Esmé Olivia was born 8/9/16 at 8:55am she is 11 pounds of love. #littlebear #papabear #littlebitofperfect #yourzenmama,” the actress captioned the image of her husband cuddling the baby girl alongside their toddler.

The pair – who were wed in Wyoming in 2012 – announced their second pregnancy in March.

easy for her she could hire a wet nurse if she couldn’t breastfeed unlike working moms who have to automatically go to formula or condensed milk like was used in the decades before modern formula was available. there is a certain minority of women who truly can’t/shouldn’t nurse for example those who are opiate addicted or those with children who have birth injuries that prevent them from latching on and suckling like those who were delivered with forceps which scarred the muscles behind the vocal chords I know from being a child born in that situation
