Grey’s Anatomy star Ellen Pompeo stepped out with daughter Stella, 7, on Monday (April 10).
Joined by a friend, the mother-daughter duo walked hand-in-hand while strolling in New York City.
The actress, 47, recently opened up about family life with husband Chris Ivery and their three children, including daughter Sienna, 2, and 3-month-old son Eli.
“I have the most fantastic baby nurse, Jackie,” the actress admitted. “She helps me. I’d be nowhere without her because I work long days and I need help caring for him.”
“She’s got my back,” she continued, adding that her son is sleeping through the night and is “the sweetest thing ever.”
In December, news broke of Eli’s surprising birth.
“Family and baby are all doing great,” the actress’ rep said at the time.
The Old School actress gave birth to Stella in September 2009. In October 2014, the actress announced that the couple had welcomed Sienna via surrogate.
Pompeo has opened up about welcoming her youngest daughter via gestational carrier.
“This is an incredible thing to do with your life, to give the gift of carrying someone’s child, so I am forever grateful and feel very blessed and grateful to her—she who will remain anonymous,” Pompeo said. “I was there with her when they inseminated her and we held hands. I looked into the microscope and I saw the embryo, I saw the baby, and they put it in a thingy and they inseminated her. And then we held hands and we prayed, we talked to God, and if she was meant to be. He said he was going to try to help us out and now we have a gorgeous baby girl.”
