During a recent appearance on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert, actress Jessica Biel opened up about her new TV series, The Sinner, and family life with husband, pop superstar Justin Timberlake, and their 2-year-old son Silas.
When Colbert asked Biel how many of her home’s surfaces were covered in “what you hope is chocolate,” Biel replied, “Every square inch.”
She added: “And if it’s not the hopeful chocolate, it’s stickers, and Play-Doh, and gak, and crumbs and who knows. Everything is covered with everything.”
The 7th Heaven star, 35, went on to talk about the terrible twos and the things she has to “pry out of his little slimy hand.”
“God forbid they wake up in the middle of the night,” she continued. “You know, if you wake my kid up in the middle of the night by accident, you’re dead to me.”
It sounds like the Grammy Award-winning singer, 36, in the house might be to blame for that.
“That’s right,” Biel said. “Not my friends. My friends are quiet, demure, modest. He’s a wild musician.”
All that said, the proud mama couldn’t help but gush about their adorable tot.
“I mean, listen: It’s not all terrible, by the way,” she shared. “He’s like the greatest of all time. Now, I’m feeling really bad. He’s cute. He’s funny.”
She added: “For me, this is terrible, but I’ve heard so much about the ‘three-teens.’ The three-year-olds are called the ‘three-teens’ because they’re so insane that they’re just like having tiny teenagers, which is way worse than having big teenagers, I think.”
