Forest Whitaker and his wife Keisha took their daughter Sonnet, 15, and True, 13, out for lunch at Eva Restaurant in Los Angeles, Calif. on Mother's Day (May 13). The family also went shopping at Espionage.
The family were spotted last weekend visiting retail stores in Malibu.

Actor Forest Whitaker and his wife Keisha were photographed with their daughter True, 13, during a day of shopping in Malibu, Calif. on Saturday (May 5). The couple's eldest daughter together - 15-year-old Sonnet - was not spotted with the trio.
According to the Huffington Post, Forest - who is also father to son Ocean from a previous relationship and step-father to Keisha's daughter Autumn - recently joined forced with fellow star Sarah Jessica Parker in adopting some of the nation's worst-performing schools in an effort to help the Obama administration turn them around by integrating arts education.

Celebrities helped out at the Annual Christmas Dinner for the Homeless held at the LA Mission in Los Angeles, Calif. on Thursday (December 23). Pictured above is Brothers & Sisters star Gilles Marini and wife Carole, along with their two kids Georges and Juliana.
"We go to the Los Angeles Mission every year," Gilles recently said. "Actually, a couple times a year. It's very important for us to give back, especially at this time of year."

Forest Whitaker and his family were spotted enjoying a sunny day in Los Angeles on Sunday (November 1).
Forest and his wife of 13 years, Keisha Nash, have four children: two daughters together (Sonnet and True), his son (Ocean) from a previous relationship, and her daughter (Autumn) from a previous relationship.
Forest currently stars as Ira in the new Spike Jonze flick, Where the Wild Things Are.
