Introducing Heidi Samuel!
Supermodel Heidi Klum has officially changed her name to Heidi Samuel to reflect her husband Seal’s surname, reports PEOPLE.
The papers, filed today (November 20) and approved by a Los Angeles commissioner, provide a one-word reason for the name change – marriage. Heidi and Seal, who welcomed their fourth child together just last month, have been married for more than four years.
Heidi, 36, looked stunning earlier this week when made a surprise appearance on the runway in the Victoria’s Secret fashion show in New York.
No word yet on whether or not she'll adopt the surname professionally.
Heidi Klum: "Excited" To Hit The Catwalk 5 Weeks Postpartum!
We just saw Heidi Klum and the Victoria's Secret angels taking over Times Square. Now the gorgeous mother-of-four was photographed braving the catwalk in the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show on Thursday night (November 19) in New York City.
"I am excited," she told Us backstage shortly before strutting her stuff in a purple corset covered with a half gown with poufs of tulle. "I'm keeping it all together."
Just five weeks ago, the 36-year-old German beauty welcomed her fourth child, daughter Lou, who is now in Los Angeles with the rest of her siblings - 5-year-old Leni, 4-year-old Henry, and Johan, 2 1/2. Papa Seal is currently in Australia performing. And how is the newest Samuel?
She's great," Heidi says of her newborn. "I pre-pumped a lot of milk, left it in the freezer."
What has it been like shedding the baby weight after baby No. 4? "Every time it's the same," says Klum, who hopes to lose 20 more lbs. "You know, if you kind of gain 45 pounds, then it takes time to kind of go down again."

Wow! Heidi Klum looked absolutely radiant alongside her Victoria's Secret angels - Marissa Miller, Miranda Kerr and Alessandra Ambrosio - at Times Square in New York City on Wednesday (November 18). Heidi just gave birth to her fourth child, daughter Lou Sulola one month ago.
Reportedly, the 36-year-old Project Runway host is set to hit the runway next month to model lingerie - yes, lingerie! - for Victoria's Secret.
The German beauty graced various red carpets throughout her fourth pregnancy showing off her gorgeous baby bump. We can't wait to finally see little Lou!
Heidi Klum Is Postnatal Pretty
She looks fabulous! Heidi Klum had that new mom glow as she headed to a meeting at the Creative Artist Agency in Century City, Calif. on Friday (October 30). The 36-year-old Project Runway host just gave birth to her fourth child 3 weeks ago. Heidi held onto an animal print Gucci bag and wore a luxurious black robe.
After the arrival of their daughter Lou Sulola, proud papa Seal confirmed that it was love at first sight:
Lou Sulola Samuel was born, and from the moment she looked into both of our eyes, it was endless love at first sight. She is beautiful beyond words and we are happy that she chose us to watch her grow over the coming years."
In addition to 3-week-old Lou, Heidi and Seal are also parents to 5-year-old Leni, 4-year-old Henry, and Johan, 2 1/2.
Heidi Klum Is Taking It Easy
Supermodel Heidi Klum, who walked the runway for the Victoria’s Secret fashion show less than two months after giving birth to her son Henry, told PEOPLE last month that she’ll be taking it easy this time around.
“I don’t know if I’m going to try to get ready for the show,” said Heidi before the arrival of baby Lou Sulola. “I’m going to totally play it by ear and see what happens.”
After Heidi and husband Seal welcomed their son Henry in 2005, the proud mom put in twice daily workouts with her trainer David Kirsch to get back into shape. However, she says there’s no pressure to get ready for the November Victoria’s Secret show in New York City.
Heidi Klum & Seal Welcome A Girl: Lou Sulola!
She's here! Heidi Klum gave birth to a girl, Lou Sulola Samuel, on October 9 in Los Angeles, People confirms. Lou joins siblings Leni, 5, Henry, 4, and Johan, 2 ½.
Proud papa Seal released the following statement Monday night:
It's difficult to imagine loving another child as much as you love your existing children," Seal writes. "Anyone who has a family will tell you this. Where will one find that extra love? If you love your existing children with all of your heart, how then can one possibly find more heart with which to love another? On Friday, Oct. 9, 2009, at 7:46 p.m., the answer to this question came in the form of our fourth child and second daughter," he continues. "Lou Sulola Samuel was born, and from the moment she looked into both of our eyes, it was endless love at first sight. She is beautiful beyond words and we are happy that she chose us to watch her grow over the coming years."
How touching! And it turns out our second 'false report' was in fact correct!

Henry Samuel's Slidin' Surprise
Whoa! Heidi Klum and Seal's three children - Leni, 5, Henry, 3 and Johan, 2 - were spotted at the Mr. Bones Pumpkin Patch in Beverly Hills on Saturday (October 10). Henry had a blast on the slide while Johan and Leni were seen on the rides and picking pumpkins.
Last week, there were two false stories that surfaced regarding the fourth Samuel child. Reports on Wednesday claimed that Heidi was in the hospital about to give birth. Then on Friday, it was reported that Heidi gave birth to daughter named Lou. We can't wait to hear the factual baby Samuel news!
Update: Heidi Klum Is Still Pregnant!
Update: In the second false alarm this week, sources close to the Project Runway host confirm to JustJared that Heidi Klum has not given birth yet.
Earlier today, it was reported that Heidi gave birth to daughter Lou Samuel this morning. Adding to the drama, reports on Wednesday claimed that Heidi was in the hospital about to give birth. “She’s at home resting,” her rep later said.
Reps for Heidi and Seal declined to comment on this latest false alarm.

Update: Heidi Klum's Rep Says No Baby Yet!
Update: Earlier reports that Heidi Klum had been admitted to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center to give birth to her fourth child are said to be false. In a statement to Us, Heidi's rep said, "She's at home resting."

Johan Samuel Is A Taekwondo Tike
Should we read into this? Heidi Klum and Seal's three children - Leni, 5, Henry, 4, and Johan, 2 1/2 (pictured above) - were spotted at Taekwondo class in LA on Tuesday (October 6). Heidi - who is most always seen taking the kids to class - was not with the group. Could she be tending to a newborn?
Just last week, the 36-year-old Project Runway host said, “Maybe today is the day. I’d be happy with that, you know, because at the end you’re like…’Come on, already!’”
The A-listers fourth child - a girl! - is due any day now.
