Model mama-of-four Niki Taylor is urging mom-to-be Jessica Simpson to opt for a drug free birth.
"I would encourage her to try to have the baby natural – that’s what I did with my kids,” the 37-year-old mom to twins Jake and Hunter , 17, with ex Matt Martinez and daughter Ciel, 3, and 5-month-old Rex with husband Burney Lamar - tells OK! magazine. “Try it without the epidural.”

But Niki tells OMG! that with powerful cravings for "all the bad stuff, like sweets and carbs," exercise is a must, and it's best that she just avoid the kitchen altogether.

Where's the bump? Pregnant with her fourth child, supermodel Niki Taylor was pictured today (June 9) promoting the American Red Cross in New York City. The model mom - who is not showing yet at all - was critically injured in a car accident at 26 and is now giving back in time for World Blood Donor Day on June 14.
“As someone who owes her life to donors who gave to help someone they didn’t even know, I think giving blood is a critical community service that cannot be overlooked,” Niki said.

The 36-year-old model made a special announcement via Twitter today: “Guess what’s in this photo?” referring to an image of herself holding an ultrasound picture. She followed that note with another shot of herself, hubby Burney and their 2-year-old daughter Ciel, writing, “Wooohooo!! YES!! We r expecting our 4th child!! So happy & blessed!!”
