The custody battle between R&B superstar Usher and ex-wife Tameka Foster continues.
The couple is deadlocked in mediation, and the biggest bone of contention is Usher's Georgia mansion, TMZ reports. Tameka is currently living in the house, but under the divorce settlement Usher can sell the property at any time as long as he gives her 2-months notice.

Tameka Foster and her attorneys have made a number of claims about ex Usher Raymond and how he's handled his duties as a co-parent since the couple's divorce. But now, the singer is fighting back.
TMZ reports that Usher has filed a response with the court, asking the judge to reject Tameka's request for full custody of their sons Usher V, 4, and Naviyd, 3, arguing that all of her allegations are false...including Foster's complaint about her cancelled Saks 5th Avenue credit card.

The custody battle between R&B superstar Usher and ex, Tameka Foster is heating up as reports have surfaced that Foster accused the singer of popping pills in front of their two sons - Usher V, 4, and Naviyd, 3. But according to Tameka, she isn't the one behind the nasty rumors and never asked for Usher to be tested for narcotics.
"I never accused him of drugs," Foster tells Star. "My attorneys requested the test, not me. I'm merely in defense mode."

Days after his son's fourth birthday, TMZ reports that Usher Raymond's ex, Tameka Foster, has asked a judge to take away the singer's rights to their two children - Usher V, 4, and Naviyd, 2 - and soon!
According to court documents obtained by the site, Tameka claims that Raymond has repeatedly dropped the ball when it comes to his legal obligations as a co-parent, and is also requesting an increase in child support payments.

It was a boys' day out for singer Usher and his sons Cinco, almost 4, and Naviyd, 3, this weekend. The 'Yeah' singer seemed thrilled to be spending some down time with his boys as they took a trip to New York's Balloon Saloon yesterday afternoon (November 19).
Usher has been lending support to his protege Justin Bieber in the wake of Mariah Yeater's claims that the teenage superstar is the father of her baby, advising him, "Stay strong. And know that all of this comes with the territory."

The OMG singer recently talked about making sure his kids – Usher Raymond V, 3, and two-year-old Naviyd – keep a normal bedtime routine in spite of their dad's crazy schedule.
"What parent doesn't have a hard time when their kid doesn't want to go to bed?," he says. "But I've been practicing. I've got a routine down pat with them - we read books, say our prayers and then it's lights out for bed, after which they might ask for a glass of water or milk. You might think that the standard is a bit different for a rock star dad!"
